We are looking for a Readiness Analyst to support our government client in Arlington, VA.
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform readiness analysis for ground and air fleet in support of current operations related to the Readiness Model and Global Force Management (GFM) pursuant to AR 525-30. Assist with oversight of logistics policies and procedures for equipment readiness and coordinate sustainment tenet policies and procedures worldwide, including equipment safety. Provide support and analysis of Sustainment Enterprise organizations and training compared to Readiness Models to set Readiness Objectives in support of known and contingency operations worldwide. Provide support to coordinate with ODCS, G-3/5/7 as required. Provide support and participate in the Readiness Working Group. Review and provide technical assessments and comments regarding planned and unplanned readiness requirements according to Readiness Objectives. Provide support and participate in the development of Readiness Objectives through the multi-tiered Sustainable Readiness program. Support materiel readiness assessments for the Army Staff on major end items that affect the Army's ability to equip the force under readiness models and GFM. Conduct research and analysis through various sources including but not limited to policies, enterprise systems, and forums. Prepare appropriate deliverables to document the results of research and analysis including but not limited to reports, briefings, or papers. Conduct research and analysis through various sources including but not limited to policies, enterprise systems, and forums. Provide support to prepare ODCS, G-4 leadership for readiness forums and boards, to include preparation sessions and read-ahead material. Provide support to develop agenda topics. Assist in the preparation of briefings and reports. Provide analysis of the measures and indicators from all Army organizations within the Sustainment Strategic Readiness Tenet (SRT) including but not limited to ASCC. Coordinate with ODCS, G-3/5/7 as required. Conduct research and analysis through various sources including but not limited to policies, enterprise systems, and forums. Requirements:
