Position Overview:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for supporting the Expansion team by leading new clinic setup and managing all aspects of logistics throughout our supply chain including but not limited to supply chain, operations, shipping & receiving, and inventory.  This includes but is not limited to managing the movement of goods and equipment between construction sites, the warehouse, new clinics and existing clinics. This role will proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors and/or contractors ensuring that expected service levels are met.  Location:
This is an onsite position that will report to our ReadySpaces location in Renton, WA on a regular basis with significant travel throughout the United States as needed for clinic setup and other applicable responsibilities. What You'll Do: Lead the operations for new clinic setup. This includes but is not limited to: Organize incoming orders and supplies for pod delivery within delivery time Partner with the regional manager and clinic manager on new clinic setup Support management with equipment deliveries, storage deliveries & LL coordination for site specific build items Coordinate utility setup in partnership with LL vendors and the accounting team Setup weekly and monthly service providers for new clinics Support the team with site set-up in preparation for construction Support coordination of construction documents, specifications, and other related documentation Organize and manage inventory list sent to new clinics Operate equipment such as a pallet jack safely and efficiently Maintain a live digital inventory list of all items at warehouse Analyze and optimize logistical procedures Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity Promptly address and resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise Negotiate with suppliers, delivery operators Maintain on-going communication with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders  Manage and complete applicable paperwork, reports, etc. Travel to clinics across multiple states - approximately 25% Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring High School Diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) required; Bachelor degree preferred 2+ years logistics management, shipping and receiving, or other relevant experience required Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage and balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to present information and respond to questions from stakeholders quickly and effectively   Possess strong problem-solving skills Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision This position involves exposure to confidential and sensitive information requiring considerable Fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and ability to learn new technologies as needed?  Must be able to navigate the internet and manage shipments via 3rd parties such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, push, slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., may occasionally have to lift up to 75lbs. Frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer  Pay Range: $60,000 - 75,000*
*Pay will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic location, and market.
