The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing any logistics and systems related needs for the warehouse business.Responsibilities:Lead physical Inventories and process final countsRun weekly variance reports and process cycle countsManage the end of day processes in WM/SAPManage the inventory stored at the cross-dock facilitiesManage all system related processes between SAP/WM/Bastian/SavannaSet up any WMS new usersManage any configurations to the WMSVerify all system related interfacesWork with IT to develop/implement new processesCreate WM reports as needed and run ad-hoc reports to review inventory dataCreate SQVI (SAP Reporting) to review data as neededManage a team responsible for the processing of all credits, returns, and the checking out of local driversBe the first call for any issues related to the WMS printers/label machinesWork with Management to maintain efficiencies with all daily scheduling and processesWork on product transfers to other distributors/warehouses - adjust inventory in both WM and SAP before invoicingReview KPI's and look for ways to improveHelp wave and clear any shortages in a timely mannerRun special waves - for high end & allocated productRun non-conveyable item wavesManage the daily moves for the Warehouse Team & run the demand jobs for Night ShiftManage daily slotting projects based on sales velocity and new item set-upRun and release preview waves & demand replenishments for any Night Shift needs. Create tasks & run the job 3-4 times a dayConduct cycle counts, to avoid pick-omitsCount & verify items for Brand Managers, Purchasing, and SalesReview Sync Report between WM and Savanna (ASRS)Make inbound receiving adjustments and receive any PO's with interface errorsResearch PO issues and work with Finance to correct/adjust accordinglyTransfer product between SKU'S for Vintages/VAP's in SAP and WM1.Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experienceExperience in purchasing, logistics, inventory replenishment or similar industry preferredBasic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation softwareVerbal/written communication skills, as well as customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
