HORSEPOWER SITE SERVICES is a full-service site development construction company. We offer a full range of construction services, including mass and fine grading, utilities, stone, curb and gutter, and asphalt construction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in our Charlotte, NC office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Order, inventory, assign and collect small tools Establish and maintain HILTI Ontrack- tool tracking program Purchase and Maintain Supply Levels, including but not limited to:
Coordinate repairs of small tools with vendors Quarterly inventory of company owned tools Coordinate Conex and contents Assignments Coordinate the delivery of tools and minor equipment with Dispatch Maintain ongoing communication with operations of small tool and equipment needs Internal customer satisfaction focus Problem solving and error resolution Manage inventory databases Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
2+ years of experience with Civil and/or Site Development Construction (Strongly Preferred).
• Experience with underground utilities, earthwork, roadway reconstruction, and civil construction strongly preferred.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS (Heavy Bid).
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with subcontractors Job Type: Exempt, Full-time
