What You'll Do Interacts with various lines of business to identify, analyze, and implement improvement activities Looks at opportunities to utilize alternate resource/ locations to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and minimize costs Performs analysis and makes recommendations in support of longer-term strategic logistics opportunities Build and maintain network model and ensure effective distribution of CMC's inbound and outbound materials Build and maintain relationships with CMC Operations, Purchasing, and Buyer teams for all assigned locations Continue to develop key relationships with FFH customers and carriers Assists and coordinates special projects as required. What You'll Need 2+ years applicable work experience High integrity and strength of character and professional presence Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain activities Ability to assess issues, and make timely, well informed decisions Organized & detaileld oriented with ability to still retain the big picture outlook Can look beyond the industry in order to differentiate in a rapidly changing environment Analytically oriented with the ability to identify areas for process & procedure improvement Your Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred We are Commercial Metals Company, a Fortune 500 company with a family feel that's already part of your life.
