Responsibilities
• Process customer billing accurately and on time• Identify and resolve data errors on our Billing/Operation program, Cello• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections• Review and discuss essential freight documentation• Use knowledge of Billing functions to affect P&L• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts• Work with internal technologies for daily functions• Investigate and diagnose potential errors in carrier billing• Improve settlement processes through automation• Build strong relationships with customers and carriers• Perform ad-hoc reporting• Perform other job related duties as required
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in AR/AP, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics• Ability to quickly grasp situations and make decisions• Effective written and verbal communication• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications• Proficient with Excel, especially v-lookups and pivot tables• Ability to work overtime when needed• Transportation/Logistics accounting experience preferred• High knowledge of SAS work environment is a plus• Bilingual Koreans will be considered first• Ability to communicate with HQ in Korea
