Responsibilities
• Direct involvement with specific departments• Support accurate receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing, and storage• Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone, mail, and fax• Resolve inquiries and problems from other SCM areas• Research and resolve problem transactions related to invoices and receipts• Manage distribution of medical products and services• Utilize reports to ensure data integrity in transactions• Identify trends causing processing delays• Comply with policies and regulations• Assist with projects as directed by SCM leadership
Requirements
• High School diploma/GED• Two (2) years of supply chain or business related experience• Strong personal computer, communication, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and teaming skills• Basic understanding of accounting principles• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks• Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere• Adaptable and flexible in an ever-changing work environment• Valid driver's license may be required for some employees
