Role Profile We have an opportunity available for someone to join the team on a 6 month contract.  As a Truly Grass Fed Logistics Administrator, you will develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, third party warehouse and carriers throughout the US as well as building a network of internal colleagues in Customer Service, Planning and Logistics in Ireland. Though part of a global organization, this role is part of a start-up mode working with US customers on outbound orders.  
Responsibilities Receive and process orders in an accurate and timely manner, exceeding customer expectations.Track purchase orders from order to completion.Schedule purchase order shipments with carriers in line with order and delivery schedule.Pick inventory on an order-by-order basis to ensure quality lot traceability, accurate invoicing of purchase orders and reconciliation of inventory in a timely fashion.Monitor and resolve discrepancies of sales orders including order lead time, pricing, minimum orders, customer pick up, product quality issues at time of delivery, and return authorization practices. Collaborate with Warehouse & Transportation team members to resolve issues and communicate to appropriate parties as necessary.Receipt product received by warehouse into internal system.Support inventory management of ageing product.Arrange transportation and coordinate transfers of product between domestic third-party producers and warehouses. Follow up support on invoice related issues (pricing, promotions, and off invoice deals/ deduction discrepancies, and freight/damage claims).Assist with monthly KPI reporting. Requirements Minimum 4 years' experience with Logistics Administration or similarProven track record with shipping/receiving including lead times for the products, freight quotes, time needed to receive, inspect, and release material before shipping to customers and being able to trace products en route.Knowledge of warehousing and transportation process ideal Some experience dealing with inventory management preferred Demonstrate self-confidence and ability to work in startup modeExcellent communication and relationships with internal and external customersProficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbout us Through our expertise in research and development, customer insights, food safety and state-of-the-art manufacturing we bring innovative food and nutrition solutions to a global market.  Our new and vibrant headquarters in Kilkenny City operates as a collaboration hub where multi-functional teams come together in a hybrid work environment.
