Job Description:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation and distribution of our products/services. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics, including but not limited to:
Managing transportation schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments and deliveries
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
Managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy
Collaborating with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and transportation
