KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Formulate proposals for optimizing spare parts management and stock levels using min/max calculations and considering options like surplus spare parts sales and externalization. Manage procurement, stocking, and retrieval of spare parts essential for business operations. Maintain and uphold accuracy and integrity of technical data associated with spare parts for the designated site. Assist in codification of spare parts: introducing new codifications, revising existing ones, and eliminating obsolete entries. Validate codifications of spare parts to ensure adherence to technical specifications and requirements. Contribute to codification process crucial for the Plant Design Record (PDR), involving creation, modification, or removal of codifications, as necessary. Offer technical assistance to various departments for all inquiries related to codified spare parts, ensuring correct usage of parts for maintenance and design. Exercise delegated authority to approve demands for codifications with increased responsibility and decision-making capabilities. Propose strategies to optimize spare parts management and stock levels, encompassing calculations for minimum and maximum stock thresholds and exploring avenues for surplus disposal and outsourcing. Escalate general or complex spare parts management issues to the Spare Parts Manager for resolution at a higher level. Perform additional duties as assigned. Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
