Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Loan Servicing Specialist at Premier Lending, Inc. Located in Charlotte, NC, the Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining loan records, processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.Responsibilities:Manage all interim servicing functions, including ensuring a seamless transition from origination to servicing including all borrower contact, payment processing, escrow transfers, onboarding, etc.Manage the relationship with our Sub-servicer and be responsible for the compliance, accuracy, and efficiency of all mortgage loan servicing functions from new loan setup, to payments processing, escrows administration, customer service, statements, payoffs, lien releases, defaults, and all other servicing reporting activities.Supporting investors in releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to management, and crisis management.Supporting servicing administration functions (as appropriate) including operating budget, portfolio projections, profitability, vendor relationships, internal controls, and implementation of process improvements and/or system upgrades or replacements.Review existing servicing and sub-servicing oversight processes and implement operational best practices.Manage escalated customer and investor issues, including identifying and implementing the appropriate resolutions to ensure a successful customer experience.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, investor, and company requirements.Work closely with other departments to resolve any operational issues.Work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines.Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of related mortgage servicing experience. Including, but not limited to, Customer Service, Accounting, and Escrow Management.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proficient in loan processing and documentation.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work well in a team and handle customer inquiries.Experience with loan systems and software.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).Experience working with a Sub-Servicer relationship preferred.Able to deliver effective results, and meet tight deadlines and targets.About Company:In 2009, Premier Lending, Inc. was founded upon the dream to build a company that was not driven solely by profit, but by making a difference in the lives of our clients.
