We are seeking a Loan Processing Manager for the Manufactured Home Financing Division. What You Will Do…• Work cross-functionally with key departments to ensure quality performance and processing of home loans
• Recommend process improvements for the loan processing based on production demands
• Provide managerial leadership to a team of real estate loan professionals
Experience: Required
2+ years mortgage lending experience 1+ year experience in a managerial leadership capacity Education: Required
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred
Bachelor's in Finance or related field Licenses & Certifications: Required
Requires eligibility to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry Preferred
NMLS registered Skills & Knowledge: Required
