Loan Officer Assistant

System One is working with a local mortgage company to find a qualified Loan Officer Assistant to support their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and analyze complex information. Responsibilities: Assist loan officers in gathering and organizing documentation required for loan applications Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the application process Help to ensure that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of loan applications Assist in preparing loan packages for submission to underwriting Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required Compensation: $19 - 24 per hour depending on experience
