Wage: $25.00-$28.00 DOE w/ potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Operate equipment safely and efficiently within its designed parameters.
Assist with coverage in Palisades / Orondo
Load trucks with proper materials for delivery.
Fuel, oil, grease and check other necessary loader parts to ensure proper function of equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of Equipment and Site premises.
Perform general maintenance and repair on equipment as assigned.
Assist other departments with maintenance, operations, and/or other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material or equipment.
Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
Regular and timely attendance.
Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Previous aggregate and/or experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
Knowledge of crushing and production equipment preferred.
Knowledge of machines, tools, equipment, front end loader, and other related construction equipment highly preferred.
Work Requirements Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance, and punctuality.
Demonstrates the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
Demonstrates the willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
Demonstrates the ability to work and communicate well with supervisor, plant personnel, and other employees.
Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT and all other company or state rules and regulations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing.
