Qualifications: (Required/Desired) 1-2 years related office or clerical experience
Must have strong math and computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Must be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
Must have strong organization skills and detail minded
Must have customer service skills
Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
Confidentiality a must
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:
Order, requisition and receive ingredients and invoices for Feed MillAgri stats ReportingManage open procurement workflow items as requiredPost daily feed production in SAP softwareKeep up with weekly ingredient usage and shrink reports on ExcelVerify, validate and reconcile ingredient and feed inventoriesCreate/close preventive maintenance work ordersGenerate Daily, weekly and monthly reports as requestedMaintain communication with ingredient vendors, drivers and mill operations team as requiredAvailable to cross train and provide back up for other coordinators (Broiler, Breeder, Hatchery, Feed Haul)Performs other duties as assignedNormal Monday-Friday business hours with limited weekend work once/month to complete month end tasksUses required PPE and follow all safety guidelines of the Company.
