Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and independent Live Chat Specialist to join our team at PG&E Corp. in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner- Providing accurate information about products and services- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance- Conducting research to provide customers with accurate information- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Confident and independent attitude- Strong research skills- Ability to cooperate with team members effectively- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
