Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a dynamic and driven Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. This role requires a candidate who is adaptable and strategic in their approach to effectively communicating with customers and addressing their needs.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize strategic planning to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve the customer experience- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and customer service standards- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role preferred- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service- Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing customer needs- Knowledge of CRM systems and live chat platforms is a plus- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
