Live Chat Representative - Work From Home

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative at UiPath. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Houston, Texas, US at the Associate Level. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Live Chat Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Providing real-time support to customers via live chat- Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

To excel in this role, you must possess the following personality traits: reliability and resourcefulness. Additionally, strong planning and persuasion skills are essential soft skills required for this position.
