Job Description:
GameStop is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Representative will play a vital role in providing support to our customers through online chat channels. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer queries- Utilize decision-making skills to handle customer escalations and find effective solutions- Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving to improve the overall customer experience- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times- Contribute to the overall positive and energetic work environment at GameStop
Requirements:- Motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues- Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in customer service or related field is required- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
