Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately through live chat- Providing product information, troubleshooting, and assistance to customers- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Proactively engaging with customers to drive sales and promote products- Utilizing strategic planning and research skills to provide tailored solutions to customers- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidence, and integrity in all interactions
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role- Confident and driven personality traits- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer and software applications- Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
