Job Description:
We are seeking a Live Chat Officer to join our team at Dover in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. This role requires individuals who are independent, confident, and excel in project management and teamwork.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to provide support and assistance.2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and efficiently.3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company's brand.4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Assist in training and mentoring new team members on live chat procedures and best practices.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.4. Proficient in technology, including live chat platforms and Microsoft Office.5. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.6. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.7. Must be independent, confident, and have strong project management and teamwork skills.
