Summary:

Viacom is seeking a confident and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is an entry-level position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for project management and strategic planning, as well as a passion for building relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat.2. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Viacom.3. Proactively engage with customers to address their needs and concerns.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Viacom's products and services to better assist customers.7. Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution.8. Continuously seek ways to improve the live chat process and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.3. Confidence and high energy to engage with customers on a daily basis.4. Proficiency in strategic planning and project management.5. A strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.6. No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
