Job Description:

Genworth Financial is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat platform to engage with customers, provide support, and drive sales conversion.

Responsibilities:1. Manage the live chat platform to engage with customers and provide real-time support.2. Monitor chat traffic and respond promptly to inquiries and issues.3. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide seamless customer experience.4. Implement strategies to drive sales conversion through the live chat channel.5. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Coordinate with marketing team to develop chat scripts and messaging strategies.7. Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer engagement.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer engagement or sales.3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.4. Creative problem-solving abilities.5. Proven track record of driving sales through online channels.6. Proficiency in chat software and CRM tools.7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.8. Must be motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
