Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Manager to join our team. This full-time position allows for remote work from home, with the opportunity for a joining bonus, paid overtime, and remote work flexibility.

As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of live chat representatives who provide customer support and assistance through online chat services. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the live chat department, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:1. Supervise and lead a team of live chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.2. Monitor live chat interactions to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction.3. Develop and implement strategies to improve response times and customer satisfaction ratings.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely solutions.5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.7. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new live chat representatives.8. Analyze data and metrics to optimize live chat performance and efficiency.9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service.10. Collaborate with IT department to implement new technology or tools to enhance the live chat experience.

Requirements:1. At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.4. Proven experience in people management.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software.7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
