Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Murphy USA. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the live chat function, ensuring prompt and efficient customer service- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through live chat- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management
Requirements:- Motivated and resilient personality traits- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in managing live chat operations- Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems- Ability to work independently and remotely- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred)
