Live Chat Manager - Work From Home

Philip Morris International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the live chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Monitor chat performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention- Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in live chat management or a related field- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- Proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think innovatively- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
