Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Lennar in San Diego, California. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for managing the live chat function to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner- Manage and prioritize multiple conversations simultaneously to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed efficiently- Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex inquiries or issues to the appropriate department- Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat function and increase customer satisfaction- Train and mentor junior team members to improve their chat management skills

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or live chat management- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on exceeding customer expectations- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Adaptable personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to think strategically and plan effectively- Proficiency in chat management software and tools
