Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team at Tenneco in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing the live chat function within our organization, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Managing a team of live chat agents and providing guidance, training, and support- Monitoring chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency- Analyzing chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the live chat experience for customers- Collaborating with other departments to align live chat initiatives with overall business goals- Maintaining a positive and motivated team environment- Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Proven experience in live chat management- Strong leadership and analytical skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment- Knowledge of live chat software and tools- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
