Razorpay is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate working from home in Los Angeles, California. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, confident, and enjoys providing excellent customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and other requests- Research customer issues and provide accurate information in a timely manner- Plan and prioritize customer interactions to ensure all inquiries are resolved efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all customer interactions- Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success in a high-energy, results-driven environment
Requirements:- Excellent communication and multitasking skills- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn new systems- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Comfortable using live chat software and CRM systems- Resourceful and confident in handling challenging customer situations- Strong research and planning skills
