As a Live Chat Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Phoenix, Arizona, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. We are seeking a motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Sherwin-Williams products and services to accurately assist customers with their needs- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve overall performance- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, utilizing resources and tools provided by Sherwin-Williams
Requirements:- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner- Driven and independent personality traits, with a strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate in a remote work environment- Proficient in problem-solving and people management, with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and empathy- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change seamlessly- Must thrive in an environment that embraces diversity and works collaboratively to achieve goals- Prior experience with live chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
