Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level associate with at least 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat channels- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding our healthcare services and offerings- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, and resolving any issues or concerns- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize strong people and project management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously- Demonstrate resilience and energy in handling difficult or challenging customer interactions- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Resilient and energetic personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions- Demonstrated people and project management skills- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools- Equal Opportunity Employer
