Visteon, a leading automotive technology company in San Jose, California, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively through written channels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and independent, with a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via live chat- Provide product information and technical support to customers- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service- Strong written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Emotional intelligence and leadership skills- Adaptability to changing work environments- High school diploma or equivalent
