Job Description:

Tesla is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Associate to join our team at our Fort Worth, Texas location. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat interactions. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly on your feet to effectively navigate and resolve customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, order status updates, and any other questions or concerns they may have.3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.5. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved to their satisfaction.6. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address recurring issues or trends in customer interactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.4. Excellent people management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.5. Proficiency in technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
