Litigation Attorney

Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Attorney to join our team in Denver, CO. 
POSITION SUMMARY:  The Firm is looking to expand its First Party Property Practice to Colorado. We are looking for an attorney with experience in First Party to help grow this new office. This position will manage all aspects of a case load. As the practice develops, there will be tremendous growth opportunities to potentially have a leadership role in the Colorado office.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:  Full-time; remote with possible 12-month transition to in-office 5+ years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage experience is preferred  Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing  Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.  Superb negotiation skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Have a proactive approach to problem-solving  Team-oriented  FIRM BENEFITS The Firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
