We are looking for a highly motivated Litigation Associate to join our firms office in Denver. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Litigation, Insurance Defense, Commercial Law, Discovery, Drafting, and Depositions to provide our clients with the best legal representation.
key responsibilities: Reviewing and analyzing relevant legal documents Researching case law for legal precedent Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests Attending court hearings, mediations, and depositions Negotiating settlements and advising clients on the best course of action Staying up-to-date on relevant legislation and court decisions Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Admission to the CO state bar 1+ years of experience in litigation and/or commercial law Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are an Associate looking to join a great firm with growth opportunity.
