Responsibilities
• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly• Conduct two open houses monthly• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards• Participate in team activities per team standards• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Requirements
• Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit• Excellent at building rapport and identifying solutions• Prospecting and lead generation strengths• Strong communicator committed to service• Team player• Licensed real estate professional (NC Real Estate License required)• 3+ years' of real estate sales experience• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Learning-based and growth-minded• Organized and excellent time management skills• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
