Job summary
Southeast Utilities of GA, a Congruex Company, is looking for a Lineman to join our construction team.Installing, maintaining, operating, and repairing overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines.Position requires operation of a Bucket truck following all safety and traffic regulations (after passing safety course).

Responsibilities
• Installing, maintaining, operating, and repairing overhead cable TV and fiber-optic communication lines.• Position requires operation of a Bucket truck following all safety and traffic regulations (after passing safety course).• Assisting with pole framing and placement of stands.• Climbing poles is required.• Must operate hand and power tools of all types.• Assisting with installation of guys and anchor.• All the while ensuring all installation work is done according to quality standards.
Requirements
• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways.• GRIT values Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork.• Valid Driver's License.• Pass background check; no DUIs or felonies.• Willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends.• Willing to travel on short notice, Southeast region of the US.• Willing to work in inclement weather.• Must not be averse to heights.• Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction, and/or engineering industry.• Current CDL.
