Responsibilities
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine• Make adjustments to machinery as needed• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader, and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for the clean and safe work environment• Obtain and maintain Operator Certification• Train others as needed
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required• 1+ years related experience• Ability to read a tape measure• Recent manufacturing experience• Positive team oriented attitude and communication skills required• Ability to multi-task, with little direction while maintaining a high attention to detail• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
