Responsibilities
• Operates and oversees the operation of a processing line on a specific shift• Observes and reports any mechanical issues to the Supervisor or maintenance department• Ensures proper flow of product on each line to meet production goals• Reports on line performance to the budgeted goals for each hour• Performs other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED• Preferred two years plus related experience in a processing facility• Must be able to work in a refrigerated area• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to balance multiple tasks, be flexible, and work well under pressure• Ability to work weekends, shift work, and overtime
