Looking for professional line cook who can prepare meals in a FAST CASUAL ENVIRONMENT. A successful candidate will be responsible for creating menu items in a fast paced environment and keeping their workstation sanitary and stocked. WhirlyBall is seeking an individual who has experience working in a fast pace. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line and grill and Banquet experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by WhirlyBall
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Accurately account for all items coming out of the station
Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions
Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Closing Kitchen to WhirlyBall Standards
Qualifications:
2 years cook Experience in full service restaurant
