• Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations• Present and write insurance policies• Evaluate current policies and recommend additional coverage• Maintain confidential insurance documents• Comply with insurance standards and regulations• Track and identify areas of improvement• Find and recruit key talent• Attend and speak at regional and national events• Lead weekly team training calls• Track team progress
Requirements
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service a plus• Life Insurance Producer License required (or willing to obtain)• Ability to build rapport with others• Willingness to learn new skills• Strong negotiation skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prioritize and multitask• Problem-solving and process improvement abilities• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Marketing/Social Media skills a plus• Strong integrity in the workplace• Residence in the United States
