SUMMARY Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent conducts varied and complex analytical non-retail licensing investigations to determine suitability for licensure of applicants and premises. Incumbent will identify potential tied house issues/restrictions, ensure compliance with Federal alcohol regulations, and serve as a non-retail specialist for internal and external department stakeholders. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
