Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service/ retention team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Sales opportunities will also be provided through a robust marketing campaign. Retention duties may include performing policy reviews with clients, onboarding new clients, servicing existing clients, billing/admin work, claims calls, and answering inbound phone calls. Property and Casualty insurance experience required. Allstate experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Policy Reviews
Answering inbound calls
Onboarding new clients
Outbound claims calls

Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent

Communication/interpersonal

skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
