Compensation: $130,000
Responsibilities:
- Market properties in Torrington, CT to potential buyers or tenants through various channels such as online listings, social media, and print media.
- Capture high-quality photographs and create compelling property listings to attract potential clients.
- Assist sellers in determining appropriate asking prices for their properties.
- Advocate for clients' interests and skillfully negotiate the best terms and prices on their behalf.
- Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, trends, pricing, and inventory to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, emphasizing property features and addressing inquiries.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage the entire transaction process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Maintain regular and open communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Stay updated with local and national real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry professionals to access resources and expertise for enhanced client service.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and changes.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid real estate license in both Connecticut and New York.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, though individuals with the right attitude and drive are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset are essential.
