Licensed Psychologist

We're seeking an Assessment Psychologist at our Westminster location, with the option of having a hybrid work schedule. We are a thriving, woman-owned practice with a fantastic, supportive company culture with great compensation, and a flexible work schedule.The Assessment Psychologist will provide psychological assessments for ADHD, ASD, LD's, and personality/psychosocial batteries for complex mood/behavioral concerns. Doctoral students will complete all test administration, and the licensed psychologist is responsible for the intake interview, planning the battery, report writing, and feedback session. In addition to completing your own testing cases, you will provide individual assessment supervision to doctoral externs or interns.Provide therapy services for a small caseload clients with general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational concerns. Caseload requirements for therapy can be negotiated. Total billable hours per week (therapy and assessment) totaling a minimum of 25 hours.Responsibilities:Minimum 25 clinical hours per week, 30 hours total of work per week for full-time employment (includes note writing time).Provide direct service to clients including individual therapy (number of clients is negotiable) and psychological assessment. Time spent writing assessment reports is compensated and psychological tests are administered for you by a technician.Supervise unlicensed assessment cliniciansConduct psychological assessments for ADHD, ASD, LD's, and personality/psychosocial batteries for complex mood/behavioral concerns.Qualifications:Licensed as a Psychologist in Colorado, or eligible for a Psychologist license in Colorado.Must reside in the state of CO.Ongoing commitment to cultural humility.Excellent interpersonal skills including assertive communication.Self-starter who is interested in moving up in the company.About Company:Aspen Ridge Mental Health (formerly Colorado Therapy & Assessment Center) is a woman-owned, LGBTQ+ affirming, and inclusive practice that provides mental health services through insurance-based care.
