Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents following company and regulatory guidelines• Administer medication and treatments as ordered in care plans• Lead and support a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)• Complete assigned assessments as ordered• Responsible for Med carts
Requirements
• Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state• Knowledgeable about nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, and regulations• Proficient in English (speaking, understanding, reading, and writing)• New grads welcome
