About the Role:
We are searching for a motivated Insurance Policy Service Representative to join our team in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our client's insurance policies. You will process new and existing applications, manage client data, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Process new and renewal insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
Manage client data and ensure accurate policy information.
Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and resolve any concerns.
Maintain detailed records and filing systems.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Property and Casualty insurance license a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
