Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, including the uninsured and underinsured in over 20 locations between full service clinics and primary care clinics in local school districts and provides medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health and medication assistance through onsite pharmacies. Patients are seen on both a scheduled and walk-in basis.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a professional who provides mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental, behavioral, and emotional disorders. They work with individuals, families, groups, and communities to improve their well-being and mental health. LCSWs utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in managing and overcoming life's challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental, emotional, and social health. Diagnose mental health conditions using standardized criteria and tools. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Therapeutic Interventions:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices. Utilize therapeutic
techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities. Assist clients in developing coping strategies and skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Crisis Intervention:
Respond to emergency situations involving clients in crisis. Provide immediate support and intervention to ensure client safety and stability. Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate crisis care. Case Management:
Coordinate services and resources for clients, including medical, psychiatric, educational, and social services. Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate care and support. Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in documentation and practice. Collaboration and Consultation:
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists,
psychologists, and primary care providers. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and treatment plans. Provide consultation and support to other social workers and mental health professionals. Education and Outreach:
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping
strategies. Conduct community outreach and education programs to raise awareness about mental health and
available services. Stay informed about the latest research and developments in social work and mental health. Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, family therapy or counseling from an accredited institution. Current and valid LCSW license in Indiana. Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
