Level One Med Aide

Heritage Village Platte City is seeking a CARING and EXPERIENCED Caregiver with Level One Medication Aide experience. Duties include assisting Residents with all aspects of personal care, administration of medications, charting, and general nurse aide duties. Heritage Village is a Senior Living Facility. We value the needs of our Residents, so being flexible is very important in order to meet the needs of our Residents. We are looking for someone who is reliable and dependable. 

We are currently looking for: Full time or Part time
Nights (10:30pm- 7:00am)
LIMA duties include but are not limited to: Assisting Residents with all aspects of daily needs Answering call lights to assist Residents Administer medications to Residents Laundry (Residents personal laundry) Cleaning (Common Areas, public restrooms) Filing Resident paperwork in Resident Charts Assist Residents getting ready for bed Assist Residents getting up in the morning Assist Residents to the bathroom Change trash in Resident rooms and common areas Be able to use phone, fax machine, computer for medications administration, copy machine Critical Thinking Why you should work with us: We are located in a small and friendly city, where everyone wants to help everyone. EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED : If you have the experience (as a Nurse Aide, a CNA, or a CMA) but lack the credentials to pass medications, we will train the right applicant to become Level One Medication Aide Certified.
