Lending Analyst

Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lending Analyst to join their team

The Lender Analyst is a direct hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule
Responsibilities: Developing strategies for increased digital lending, establishes expected annual production levels, and measures overall success on an ongoing basis. Works with the marketing team to increase company's visibility within their target market through a planned digital outreach and calling approach. Receives incoming Small Business client referrals from various online and direct channels to identify opportunities to acquire new small business loans. Works with existing digital clients to present solutions to meet the client's short- and long-term financial objectives
Helps with retention of the portfolio and generating new product relationships for new and existing Small Business clients through extensive cross-selling of various loan products and educational services
Works with digital clients to collect proper documentation for loan requests prior to submission for credit review. Works with management to maintain and grow relationships with various channel partners to increase the number of incoming Small Business client referrals. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or work experience in this capacity is required. 2+ years of experience in job related activities is preferred. Underwriting skills are a plus
Should be proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other technology platforms needed for sales, marketing, production, and analysis
Knowledge of small business and commercial loan documentation is needed
Comfortable reviewing balance sheets and financial statements
